Course Enrolments and Refund Policy

Purpose: To provide clear guidelines on course enrolment and the conditions under which refunds are processed. Scope: Applies to all courses offered through the 1A Hare Krishna International website. Policy Statement:

• Enrolments for courses are subject to availability and acceptance into the program based on pre-determined eligibility criteria.
• Refunds are available under specific circumstances, such as course cancellation by the institute or withdrawal within a defined period before the course is registered with the accredited/awarding organisation and with the deduction of administration fees as applicable.

Procedure:

• Users must submit a written request for withdrawal and refund within 14 days prior to the course start date.
• Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving the request, subject to deduction of processing fee, course and exam registration fees and administration fees
