- Responsibilities

- Implementation
- Training: All employees will receive training on this policy as part of their induction process. Regular training sessions will be conducted to reinforce awareness and ensure compliance.
- Monitoring and Evaluation: The effectiveness of this policy will be regularly monitored and reviewed at least annually.
- Grievance Procedure: Employees who believe they have been subjected to any form of discrimination can report it to their supervisor or the HR department. All complaints will be investigated promptly and confidentially.
