- Making Adjustments
- Identification of Needs: Individuals are encouraged to disclose any disabilities or conditions that may require adjustments as early as possible.
- Assessment of Needs: A detailed assessment will be conducted to understand the specific requirements of the individual.
- Implementation: Adjustments will be made in a timely and effective manner, tailored to the individual’s needs. Examples may include providing accessible training materials, technological aids, flexible scheduling, or physical modifications to training environments.
